Underestimated

http://www.quietramblings.com/

Ultimately, it is understood that all things must change in order to grow

Nothing in life can prepare us for the changes that life brings

Determined not to be a statistic, I have decided it’s time to LiveFree

Everyday while loving on purpose and without judgment

Regardless of our positions in life, we are so destined for greatness

Even the ones who have hurt or betrayed us

Sorry, to remind you, but they need our unconditional love as well

To be clear. Love does not necessarily mean access

It is imperative that we can recognize the difference

Most people and situations can only be viewed or tolerated from a distance

Acknowledge your shortcomings

Then we will be able to move with

Ease in order to LiveFree & LoveOnPurpose

Being underestimated can be a blessing, in disguise. Being underestimated gives us a chance to prove to ourselves and the world, that we are here and will unapologetically live this life on our own terms. No media or celebrity nor political figure can change that fact for any of us unless we let them.

So, no longer be worried by others or their perception of you. Their perception is their opinion, as well as their problem. I have decided a few years ago, to not allow another person’s opinions sway me from my path. I encourage you to do the same. Misery loves company and it rings true on every level and circumstance. Friends and family will view you in ways that will make you pause with confusion. But, in the end, it doesn’t matter.

Live your truth, your way. And if you continue to be underestimated, remember that it is fuel for your life’s journey. Not an obstacle.

So LiveFree & LoveOnPurpose and the rest will work itself out.
