Childhood Lessons

NaBloPoMo Nov. 2015 Day 4

What is the most important lesson I learned to as a child and who taught it to me? That would my granny, who told me to pick my battles. She always had some sort of proverb to share.

So, as I journey through life, I make a choice not to engage or participate in foolery. I’m not saying that I never participate. I’m just saying, I’m aware when I do, most of the time. πŸ˜‰

Picking my battles carefully is pretty required for my own sanity.
